We had some difficulty getting the details of our policy right in the first place, but that was sorted out and we were pleased with the price and level of cover. we did not need to make a claim during our holiday, but when we returned and updated our accounts we realised that we had somehow managed to pay twice - my mistake, not theirs. when i contacted them to sort this out they returned the overpayment promptly and without quibble. i would use them again.
Would it be possible to forward me another copy of our policy as when i tried to print it out nothing happened. now there is no copy of that policy.
